If you follow Ellie Goulding on Instagram, you would quickly figure out that she is one of the most healthy and fit singers in the industry right now. At least once a week, she posts a photo or video of her kickboxing, or on a run, or some other intense workout! Goulding isn’t afraid to break a sweat, in fact she loves doing it. She shared with “Shape Magazine” that “The thrill of running is purely physical. I could tell you it’s a spiritual high, but that would be a lie. I’m an endorphin addict,” she states. “I love the idea of my body being how it should be—in shape, active, and able to deliver. The more I train and see muscle definition, the more inspired I am to push myself harder”. With sold out shows involving body shaking and rhythmic frolicking, Goulding has to keep up with her workout regimen to properly deliver her fans the best possible show.

The ‘Love Me Like You Do’ singer maintains a vegetarian diet to compliment her fitness routines. “I’ve been vegetarian for six months and now my body’s different, my skin is different, my face shape is different, and my eyes are brighter,” she claims. “I have more energy and feel like a happier person.” Ellie inspires many to be comfortable in their own skin, and that does not mean losing weight, but maintaining a balanced lifestyle with a nutritious diet and keeping your body in tip top shape!
